Just got word from our folks at Steam and the retail unlock is in progress. Delay is partially our fault due to a last-minute bug that was found and fixed late last night, but that has now published and I’m told they are about to unlock the game for purchase imminently.
For those who asked about pricing in other territories, we did get an update on this and the pricing is as follows:
USD: $9.99
GBP: £6.99
EUR: €9.99
Sorry for the delay, folks.

1€ ~= $1.32
$9.99 ~= 7.6€
*sigh*
Why does this keep happening?
I’m almost certain to buy the game, but why…? Why do we keep having to pay almost a third extra? I don’t get it, I honestly don’t. For the love of god, why?

Matija,
Please see the response we posted to this question on our Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/solexodus… we are using the recommended international pricing provided by Valve for a USD $9.99 price point, based on their recommendations, as they are by far the most knowledgeable source on the matter and this is our first digital product. To answer your question as to why they would recommend the higher cost, taxes and other selling expenses range in different territories. We have asked Valve for more info on this, but please understand that we have no interest in trying to profit from exchange rates.

Just bought it. The game page seems to have disappeared from the front page of Steam but you can get to it through the coming soon section. You are able to buy from the game page. Downloading it now. Can’t wait!
